
You will need to update your user profile to ensure you're connected to the correct dealer account. Click on the menu icon in the top right corner and navigate to "Profile Overview." Open up the "Dealer Location" section to update your dealer information. You will need to provide the dealer ZIP code and either your customer number (8 digits) or ADVANTAGE Associate ID (5 digits).
We use one of these numbers to match each user to their respective store. This allows Yokohama to easily communicate to each store which of their employees have enrolled in, or completed, EXCEED.
Please note that you only need to input one of these numbers (not all of them), which can be found using the following:
If you had a valid user ID and had completed any full module within the previous version of EXCEED, this will transfer over to any subsequent versions. To ensure that you receive credit for the modules completed, just use your current user ID when logging in or updating your profile. You will also be prompted to input either your Account Number, Customer Number or Associate ID at the time of registration to ensure that you are matched to your current store.
You can see what courses that you have completed by visiting your profile page (click the icon next to your name in the upper right hand corner). Here, you will see each course that is fully completed, as well as those where individual modules may remain open.
If you don't remember your current user ID, you can e-mail your name and store information to exceedinfo@yokohamatire.com and we will research it for you.
Once you have completed any modules currently active in EXCEED, you will be able to convert your EXCEED reward points for a reward value that is redeemable on our Yokohama E-Store.
To locate your EXCEED rewards, go to the rewards section on the profile. Enter the amount you wish to convert, up to your current points balance, then click the red REDEEM button. From there you will receive an email with your redemption coupon code and instructions on how to redeem on the Yokohama E-Store.
In order to use your reward code, you will need to register as a dealer account with the Yokohama E-Store. If you do not have an account at this time, you can follow the below instructions to open one.
